We’ve tried quite a lot of meat imitation burgers (mostly when we first went vegan, as it was an easy thing to explore.) Our favourite so far has been a brand in a local shop that we’ve only had once, and aim to find again! Aside from that I think my favourite is Oumph! andContinue reading “Mega Burger!”

Moving Mountains Hot Dog – Braes
The Braes, Dundee on Perth road is a bar/pub on Perth road, and their menu has featured some delicious vegan options (2019). Nova Pizza – Edinburgh
This place was recommended to me thanks to VeganDundee and it didn’t disappoint. It’s been one of the best pizzas we’ve ever eaten – we absolutely love it. Especially with a nice bottle of red! Any time we’re in the city, we’ll make sure to visit.

One of my favourite ways to get more beans and veggies in my diet is through curries. I have a quick way of making it with vegan ingredients/ brands from the shop. For this example I’ll be sharing sweet potato korma, but you can switch up the veg and the type of sauce and seasoning.Continue reading “Quick Curry”
Tofu Bacon
One of the first resources I used for vegan cooking last year was The Easy Vegan on YouTube. When I’m feeling lazy, I’ll sometimes buy vegan bacon in shops which all have their own kind of flavour/look, and I use them all in different ways.
