Blend Coffee Lounge Breakfast

This has been our favourite place to go for a weekend breakfast together since going vegan. I get the hummus on toasted sourdough with Sgaia meat (I’ve had the bacon and pastrami – both pictured below) and Sriracha chilli sauce. It’s been a favourite replacement for bacon and eggs I guess, or even things like tuna mayo open sandwich, or even ham (and now, I genuinely do not want to eat those anymore. It doesn’t take long to go off certain food when you don’t eat it, and read/think more into it.) It’s absolutely delicious and I’ve found myself making versions of this at home!


My husband gets the homemade pecan butter on toasted sourdough with maple syrup and banana. Now he makes pecan butter at home!

Also pictured is their wee homemade oreo truffles made using vegan cream cheese. Their mint ones are amazing.
